Rapid Eye Motorsports, LLC (REM) recognizes there is risk inherent in manufacturing and selling parts designed to be installed by the customer on their automobile.

Motorsports, driving on public roads, and engaging in car building are risky activities.  Each individual builder and installer using parts supplied by REM accepts personal responsibility for the outcome of using these products.  The suitability of a particular product for a specific application must be determined solely by the end user.  While we make great effort to ensure the parts we sell are safe, we cannot control their final installation or verify they are fit in the exact application or the environment in which they will be used.

Except as explicitly noted below, all warranties expressed and implied are explicitly disclaimed by REM and any and all of its members, owners, and employees.  The purchaser, by way of engaging in a transaction with REM hereby assumes all risk of injury to self, others, damage to property, or economic loss, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use or misuse of any REM product. 

Purchasers agree to hold REM and all agents, owners, members, and employees blameless for any loss, damage, or injury that arises from the use of any product we sell.

Product Warranty: 

Rapid Eye Motorsports, LLC will, at their sole discretion, refund the purchase price or replace the purchased product with one of similar function, in the event that a product is found to have a manufacturing or material defect not arising from the use, misuse, or installation of a product.  No other warranties exist.
